The Park Shore Association is a voluntary
homeowners association located within the City of Naples. We are the largest
homeowners association in the City.
Park Shore was originally platted by The Lutgert Companies. Plats 1,3 and 4 consist
largely of single family homes and mid-rise condominiums. Plats 2 and 5 have
high-rise condominiums on the west side of Gulf Shore Boulevard as well as a
mixture of homes and mid-rise condos overlooking Venetian Bay. In total there
are more than 600 single family homes, 25 high-rise condos, many mid-rise condos
and commercial real estate.
Throughout the years, the Association has represented the interests of all
residents of Park Shore. This is accomplished by attending meetings and hearings
at both City and County governments and examining issues that impact our community.
The affairs of the Association are guided by a 12 member Board of Directors
elected to three year terms with a two term limit. Each Director serves on
one or more standing committees.
The major asset of the Association is the Beach park which is located off
Gulf Shore Boulevard between the LaMer and Provence Condominiums. This park
was turned over to the Association by The Lutgert Companies for the enjoyment
of the members.
The Association is responsible for administering the Covenant of Restrictions
as stated in your Park Shore Deed of Purchase. You may view details of this
